All fares quoted are inclusive of car parking fees, and toll charges where applicable, however the London Congestion Charge will be added where necessary.
Clients or their agents are responsible for checking that all details are correct at the time of booking. Please advise the office immediately of any errors found after time of booking. Clients will be charged full fares for any journeys made by us where incorrect information has been provided, (i.e. take off date given instead of landing date).
During busy periods every endeavour will be made to be on time as arranged, if unfortunately your flight is late or arrives early, a delay may occur and if no contact is made at the airport, you must telephone our office. No costs incurred by yourselves will be met unless previously agreed with this office.
Any passenger causing excessive soiling inside the vehicle will be responsible for valet costs of the vehicle. Excessive soiling is when the car is unusable for the next client and cannot be easily rectified by the chauffeur with equipment provided in the vehicle.
Any malicious damage or deliberate breakages or carelessness resulting in damage to the vehicle will be charged directly to the person who placed the booking.
We will recommend departure and journey times dependant upon time and day of travel. Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time. We will not be held liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions, extreme weather conditions, collisions or mechanical break down. We cannot be held responsible for clients insistence on any variation to the recommended times or delay to an agreed departure time which may result in missed flights/connections/meetings or any other loss. Any delay during the journey caused by the passenger is solely their own responsibility. The driver must not be asked to speed or drive recklessly to make up time.
7. Waiting Time
A waiting time of 15 minutes is included in your quotation from your arranged pick up time. However where this is exceeded a charge of £20.00 per hour pro rata will apply unless prior notice is given or extenuating circumstances arise. (This does not apply to inbound airport journeys).
8. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the journey date will be charged at the full price.
